Danielle was a pleasure to work with catering our wedding! Her staff dressed professionally and were very pleasant to our guests. Our wedding took place on a remote ranch, out in one of our pastures. She arrived on time and was fully self contained without us having power or running water nearby. Appetizers were jalapeño poppers and cowboy caviar, followed by amazing street tacos for dinner.
