The ever-present Wyoming wind blew in a new year, a new decade and a couple newlyweds! Brooke and Connor ushered in the roaring 20’s with style and grace at Geysers on the Terrace in Cody, WY.
We loved working with their style and ideas from start to end! What is more fun for an NYE wedding than an all night cocktail hour with build-your-own and ready-to-eat appetizer stations? Our creativity was put to good use with this menu which made it all the more fun to create.
The evening’s menu included:
Scratch Made Breads + Spreads – Fresh Herb and Garlic Sourdough, Rosemary Beet Bread, French Baguettes and Oatmeal Molasses Bread. Spreads – Apricot Jam, Raspberry Jam, Garlic Herb Butter, Whipped Honey Butter, Hummus and Warm Brie.
Scratch Made Beer Cheese, Chocolate Sauce, French Bread, Sausage Skewers, Fruit Skewers, Marshmallow Skewers, Pretzels, Cookies and Chips.
Smoked Brisket and Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders, Scratch Made Buns, Pickles, Cheese and Scratch Made BBQ Sauce.
Mashed Potato Martinis
Creamy Scratch Made Mashed Potatoes in a Martini glass with topping options: Sweet Corn, Pulled Pork, BBQ Sauce, Ranch, Sour Cream, Scallions and Bacon.
Late Night (10 pm)
Corn Tortillas, Seasoned Smoked Pork, Seasoned Buttery Shrimp, Fresh Pico de Gallo, Fiesta Lime Sauce, Salsa Verde, Black Beans, Sweet Corn and Lime Wedges.
Brown Sugar Oat Waffles, Syrup, Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting, Fresh Fruit, Chicken, Nutella, CAramel and Bacon.
